'Lucky & Lovable' St. Patrick's Day Adoption Event

Find your very own furry ‘Pot of Gold’ at Little Shelter as we celebrate our ‘Lucky & Loveable’ St. Patrick’s Day adoption event. Open your heart and home to a needy dog or cat and you will have more than the ‘Luck of the Irish’, you will have a loyal, loving companion to share your life with – and that’s worth more than anything you will find at the end of the rainbow!

Visit Little Shelter, 33 Warner Road, Huntington between 12pm and 5pm on Sunday, March 15, and meet some of our wonderful dogs, cats, puppies and kittens that are available for adoption, as well as partake in some of the day’s special festivities, including free giveaways, a bake sale and more! They may not bark or meow with an Irish lilt, and their fur may not be red, but adopting a homeless dog or cat and saving a life is a great way to honor the patron saint of Ireland!

If you’re unable to adopt, then you can still go green! Make a donation in honor or memory of someone special, sponsor a needy animal, or just because….and you will be saving the life of a homeless dog or cat and helping Little Shelter continue our important work in the community. We will also be selling shamrocks in $1, $5, $10 and $20 denominations which will be displayed throughout the adoption center with yours or your pets name inscribed on them.
