Long Island Dog Show Cluster

I am hoping that your station can mention our event on air the week prior to this dog show weekend (Sept 25-27). Better yet, we welcome you if you should wish to broadcast from our event.

I am the public relations contact for the upcoming Long Island Cluster Dog Shows the weekend of September 25- 27 to be held at the State Historic Park, Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay. The hosts of this event are: The Brookhaven Kennel Club for the Friday show; The Suffolk County Kennel Club for the Saturday Show and The Westbury Kennel Association for the Sunday show. All three shows will offer competition in Conformation, Obedience and Rally. On Sunday, there are demonstrations in Agility, Lure Coursing and Carting. Saturday and Sunday offer guided dog show tours. Vendors selling dog related items are in abundance, as well as an information tent, and food court. Only dogs entered in the show are permitted on the grounds. Admission: Fri. $10/carload. Sat & Sun: Adults $8. Senior Citizens $4. Children under 10yo Free.
